Agree with the above poster, www.blogger.com is free and relatively easy to use, but does have some bugs in the program. I have used it for over a year and they have gone through many changes and at one point I lost everything that was posted previously...I contacted their help via and it was restored but did take awhile.
Another one I just started using is that is free and easy to use and so far, no problems is

I'm on http://www.terapad.com , its free, and very easy. Even my Mum has one ! Even better though is all the extra features that you can use for free like shops, webpages, forums and anaylytics.
