The Constituion states that "ALL men are equal" and congress should not support any religions, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
But do Americans REALLY have that privilage? How do you feel on this issue as American citizens? Is your voice really heard when you go to public places or are you araid to voice your opinion because you are afraid of getting put down.

All men are created equal is in the Declaration of Independance, true. However evrything else is listed in the Amendments of the Constitution. But this justifies more of my case if we wrote the Declaration of Independace.

The Declaration Of Independence has in its text "All Men are created equal" not the Constitution.
Americans do have the privileges that you alude to but that has never stopped people in elected office from trying to deny those privelges to some.
As to voicing your opinion in public places, that is fine as long as you are not denying others of their rights.

even with our faults, we are the most free country in the world. just try in many other countries to do what we do on an every basis then you would realize how free we are... we really have nothing to complain about. yes we can voice our opinion but most of us have become so blase about our lives here in America we seem to be content to be silent. its not because we are afraid , its because we have become apathetic about our lifestyle. if you know our history, our fore-fathers voiced, fought and won against injustices too many to mention. if we as a country really were to think our freedoms were majorly threatened you would see us fight like no other people on earth...hence our motto; land of the free ...home of the brave

Sure we do. It's a process that tends to get drawn out but, the right is there. Not many countries would allow people to march on the Capital and protest their President and his policies. Some countries would have their National Guard open fire on the crowd.
Yes, we really DO have that privilege and I thank God for it.

Yes, I believe it is. Everyone can worship God as he wants to.
The press is able to print the truth not what the government tells them to say. We have the right to assemble, worship, preach and even not go to church if that is what we want.
I am not afraid to voice my opiniion and don't know anyone else that is.
There isn't any country that has the freedoms we do here.

hello
its matter of opinions
my opinion is:no America is not land of the free
America is a strange mixture of people
the first Americans killed reds in order to live
then they start the horrible trade of slavery in order to live as masters and made others do the job
then they start looking at other nations in order to have other countries wealth and bring it home
ten America started wars in order to make an empire
then lately started to lie from up to bottom in order to invade others lands and rob them.and why do i say lie up to bottom
because lies came from the ruling group.although it was know that they were telling lies but Americans chose to believe the lies knowing that they were lies
so that is now
the future i see is terrible
money will be less and less then either to rob more countries or fight in between
the first one is easier
so we will see more soldiers going out obeying orders
and sure that includes robbing museums

see the constution of the America is Just a bunch of words. And when people make acts like the Patriot Act. it bends the constituiton. So when the government trys to do something unconstitutional they will just make more Acts and bend the rules and laws

I believe that we are so free that we don't even know how to efficiently use our freedoms. We spend our freedoms on frivolous things. It's a shame really...
