OK, read his comments, and found no surprises, just the usual bush-league propaganda.

My ancestors who fought for American independence (and there were many besides just the ones currently certified through the SAR) would not have agreed with his long stretch of proclaiming that there is a parallel. The situations just do not stand up to comparison.

I really must object to this cretin's disgraceful actions and rantings.

No, they are two very different things. In the Revolutionary War we were fighting for our independence and freedom as a nation from Britain. The so called terrorism war is a war that cannot be won or declared. How can you declare war and win something that has and will continue to exist for centuries? It is like declaring war on crime. The best thing we can do is go after those who attacked us. And we failed at that when we did not capture those responsible, like Bin Laden, and got caught up in the mess in Iraq. Bush is being awful arrogant concidering most of his legislation violates the very beliefs and the Constitution Washington helped to fight for and create. It sounds to me like an attempt to make himself and his invasion look better. The man's a disgrace to America, and to Washington.

That region of the world has always been in a revolutionary war, now that it is spilling over on to the rest of the world is why we are at war. The radical Islam fanatics are trying to unite their fellow Islam's in to a holy war against the rest of the civilized world and if they succeed then no one will be safe anywhere. Remember that we are not the only country that is at war with the radical Islam fanatics (terrorist) in this world. And yes I agree and it doesn’t matter to me if a Democrat or Republican is in office I would still agree.

The Revolutionary War started because certain people were sick and tired of being oppressed.

The War on Terror is putting us right back to square one. Our founders must be spinning in their graves.
