Is there any REAL SHE/MALES? Be it a male born with female features and later developes breast [but has a penis] or a female born with a penis? I know there are those born with BOTH male + female sex parts BUT are there true she/males or are they men who have been made to look like a female and keep their penis for some reason?

Well, there are non-op transsexuals who would fit the bill, as would those who have yet to have any surgery. I myself could count, as I was born male but am taking female hormones to grow breasts, however the term "shemale" is derogatory and insulting, I have almost nothing in common with those who embrace the term except for the same feelings of inadaquacy from how my body looked.

Shemale is a derogatory term used for transgendered, partially transitioned people who work as sex workers or porn stars.
The term you are thinking of is intersexed. The more derogatory term that used to be used is hermaphrodites.

no one is called a SHE/MALE, an intersex person doent like that term and either do transsexuals. people that use that term are ill informed on how derogatory it really is.
