You can't, all satelite images the average person can see on the internet are old as in years old. Once in awhile you'll see something new but its usually because a company or government has allowed it. Now don't get me wrong Im talking about free images.. Some companies sell satelite pics of certain areas you can request but I don't know the specifics and its probably not cheap..

They exist, but the pictures are up to 4 years old in some cases.

Just like the scene with K looking into his wife's backyard? People really can't do that. The best we can do is a blue/green picture of houses and streets. Nothing very detailed. Unless you know where the MIB headquarter is...
