No - even if he was interested in running in '08 (which he claims he is not), he knows that he would not win in that race. The electorate as a whole is looking for someone moderate from either party, not to the extreme left or right. That is why Clinton and Guiliani are looking so good in the polls right now. They both are trying to stay close to the middle intsted of getting pulled to the left or the right by their parties' extremists. Gore would be viewed as TOO liberal to win in '08

Hope so, with less than 10 % support it will give a great comic relief and keep the far left minority that loves him enthralled as they worship his greatest invention the Internet.
Just show him some made up polls and a locked box and I'm sure he'll jump in!

Get real Al Gore is a phony. And when he forgets to take his meds and makes even less sense. But go a head and vote for him. He is finished as a pol. You will only be waisting your vote. I would suggest Ralph Nader. Even if he is a wacko at least he is takes his meds

No, and I don't think we should try. Honestly, at this point, I think Gore can help this country in ways that don't involve sitting in the Oval Office.

He's also the guy who bashed our troops while in Saudi Arabia.
Wasn't he also the guy who wanted bans on music with immoral lyrics? Definately a constitution defender!

Its going to happen. He's just smart enough to wait for a more opportune time to announce it. That way he can avoid mud slinging and talking himself into corners (ask Hillary)
Thats not to say that I will vote for him, however.

No. He wont run. His time was then, not now. I voted for him before, but now he's not in the running. We need a new face entirely.
