Can you bring your own beer and are the Cops decent and fair or really strict?

You are going to have a blast. The water is like 78 degrees, If you can get closer to the dam, there are little lagoons and coves you can go in and the water is so clear. Down by the canal is really really crowded and the fumes from the boats are pretty heavy, but you will have a blast. There are cliffs you can jump off too. Have fun.....

i live nearby. i think its a little overpriced. a little snooty.
But as too Spring break. They are attempting to keep everyone safe and legal, so try not to get stupid because it has a close correlation to either getting dead or getting arrested.

Yes, It's everything you've ever wanted or imagined and more. You have to check out copper canyon and the sand bar. It's pretty X rated though, hope you can handle it!
