Because I research things intensly before I draw a conclusion. When I first heard about what was in commercially processed foods, I didn't want to believe it was true, because it would mean a radical change in the way I eat. But, I did the research, and came to the conclusion that most peoples diets are highly toxic. Now, I know that its true, and have improved my health by leaps and bounds. if it feels ok .. it is true.. depends on the situation.. if u feel pain form hot stove then take my word it si true feelings that it is hot.. if u dont know if ur in love and have to ask then u really dont know :-( i think its instinct to know wether or not to believe what is true.. people lie but i go with my gut instinct.. i know what is truth.. i can see body language in people and in their eyes if they are lying and i know if it is comfortable with me what people tell me if i dont believe the logistics and probability of it then it isnt.. think of that theory train your mind to think if it makes sense the why it does make sense part..

Research...do not believe information just because you were told to do so. If more people would do this there would be less republicans ruining our country.
