how do you get a Purple Valentine's Bear on Millsberry?

The purple valentine's bears were sold in the toy store right before Valentine's day but were removed immediately after. The only way to find them now is to purchase them in a Yard Sale.

They were sold at Tricks, Toys, and Games during the week of Valentine's day. They're at yard sales for under $5,000 millsbucks.
