There are many people (about 0.5%) who use PSI to do evil. Are there laws concerning that?
Using ESP AT ALL should be ILLEGAL!!!
It is UNETHICAL!!!

The law does not recognize ESP as real, so ther is no law agaisnt it. Would be hard to enforce, don't you think??

Honey , there is such a thing , and it is a gift from God for those who are of God.So don't worry about those who use it to do evil , as they will get their's in the end , because they are ruled by the netherworld.,and if they are a threat to you then you need to move a little closer to the Lord , and seek out his people...the devils minions find it hard to reach someone in the busom of the Lord's people...

No laws coming from governments but there is a three fold law of nature. What you put out comes back 3x stronger on you.
Karma can be a *****, it ALWAYS comes around so those that hurt others end up getting hurt themselves, usually worse.

yes unless you are registered and you have a tax # and you are insured and contracted as so.you can and will be investigated and can be held liable or criminally liable for any actions of another human being because of your interpretation of there situation.
right down to manslaughter if the situation arises
