Liberals, if given the choice would you rather live in a socialist nation that allows the practice of gay marriage and abortion or would you rather live in America as it is now?

They will choose abortion hands-down. They are attempting to placate their primeval idea of 'god' by sacrificing unborn children in order to stave off Global Cooling.

Well America does allow abortion now so I guess its just a question of Gay marriage.

America as it is now DOES allow abortion. And gay marriage or civil unions is possible in some states.
Why do you think that abortion and gay marriage are the most important issues to me? They seem to be for YOU. All I care is that the government NOT rig everything to favor the rich and corporation,s the government stays out of our bedrooms, and they don't get used as a tool for evangelism. THAT is MY Liberalism.

America as it is now already allows a woman to choose to have an abortion and some states allow gay marriage as well. I do not understand why you make such a big deal out of it.

What you described is America as it is now. Medicaid and Medicare are Socialist policies, gay marriage is legal in parts of America, and abortion is legal everywhere. So, I guess all of the above.

I'm torn on this one....
I'm say as it is now because i like capitalism and as of right now abortion is legal (and will most likely stay that way) and gay marriage is legal in some places and will hopefully spread.

As time goes by, people in our society become on average more intelligent and less ignorant, so we will move toward being an even greater democracy with more equal rights gays and other minorities. Of course, some folks like you will hate this evolution, but that hurts no one but yourself.

I guess America as it is now...since I hate socialism. But America has become a hell-hole also. The trash and pollution is everywhere...everyone is pissed off at one another...everyone is absolutely braindead...
I need to get a beach-hut in Mexico and just retire there away from this place.
