are the plug in radiators that can be bought from b&q etc any more expensive to run than warm air heating?

WE CURRENTLY HAVE A CREDA WARM AIR HEATING SYSTEM. IT IS 30 YEARS OLD AND IS PROVING VERY EXPENSIVE TO RUN AND IS NOISY.
