Before the year 2020, can you see the Detroit Pistions being the host team to the NBA All Star Game? Why or why not?

they probably will host the all star game by 2020, and the 1 answer 1 guy gave that Detroit needs to lower there crime rate, well that doesn't really make a difference at all if Detroits crime rate keeps goin up, cause the Pistons play in Auburn Hills, MI, not in Detroit like the rest of the 3 pro sports teams for Detroit (tigers, red wings and lions)

Yes, only if the city behaves. If there are no brawls or anything with the fans the city will most likely host a game. The crime rate must also be low; no murders, robberies or other felonious crimes. My city got one coming up New Orleans 2008.

I hope so. It would be good for the state financially. Place if we're good enough to host the Superbowl I don't see why we couldn't host the All-Star game.
