The media, Yahoo Answers, polls, the success of the war in Iraq, 9/11, terrorism, what else? And why are liberals so powerful? Are there more of them?

Liberals simply use common sense and are unwilling to follow a misguided fool , be he the president of the United States or not . Many Republicans are becoming sick of the stay the course attitude of this fool who sits in the white house also , hence the correct idea's are what are becoming more powerful by those wise enough to realize them . The problems now lie with Republican rubber-stampers in the senate and congress who are doing a disservice to their republican constituents by continuing to misrepresent their desires for a change in the presidents policies also . It's high time we all get together and stop the madness and misguided and corrupt actions performed by President Bush ! More of them in the case you state are the Republicans who now see him as who he really is and that is a war mongering idiot who is totally controlled by corporate interests lobbying for more military contracts . Were we to do the right and honorable thing , this would shrink Bush"s nest egg he will receive after leaving office just as Reagan received millions from the Japanese upon leaving office. It's not to late for you or others to join us and do the right thing because he isn't looking out for no ones interests but his own and that includes all of us .

Are liberals controlling? You Bet! But it goes farther than that, conservatives are controlling also! The sad truth is both sides have many peoples hearts and minds through fear and intolerance! People don't understand freedom and what it brings! Both sides have heavy influences on media as well as your friends, family, and neighbors that are primarily used to build different types of forces to "help" society! This is not peace or progress, yet the people do not understand this! They see corporations and only see evil which makes them want to place restrictions on their own production,. They hear religious fanatics and believe whatever they say and are willing to place restrictions without understanding what will truly happen. These people use little thought to understand why both types of big government have not been used for so long in America and why other countries who do these things are not better to live in! Liberals and conservatives use the worst kind of force ever, BIG GOVERNMENT! These promises will not be fulfilled and the cost will out weigh the benefits, always! To our dollar is weakening because of overregulation and high taxes forcing a decrease in business growth! Does this help poverty liberals?

Excuse me but I don't understand what you mean. What do liberals control? The media of Limbauh, O'Rilley, and Hannity are hardly liberal and that seems to be where many seem to get their ideas. It is sad that people don't think for themselves. It is sad that people don't do research and find the truth for themselves. I guess they are too lazy or use the excuse that they are too busy. To take an active role in democracy? I don't see the liberals as powerful at all right now. It is the neocons that have all the power.

Apparently they now control the mental health of their opponents. Ultra-cons are losing their minds finding new ways to blame everything from their violations on Yahoo to Bush's latest hangnail on those who oppose them. Yes, there are more of them everyday - just ask the ultra-cons who call anyone a liberal who disagrees with current policy. That would include actual liberals, moderates, quite a few conservatives, and Democratic AND Republicans in Congress. It's just a real plague isn't it?

Liberals and Concervatives do not control a thing (despite what people from both sides would like you to believe). However, there ARE people from within things such as the Media or Poll takers who DO have Liberal (and sometimes Concervative) viewpoints and DO at times push those views on the public.

No. As any environmentalist will be at liberty to describe to you, windmills are in effortless words sensible especially places.
