Mine are never cold, but my wife likes to get me to warm hers for her, brrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!

I sit on them or when the chance comes I take fresh clothes that are warm out of the dryer and put that on my feet

It may sound strange but take your socks off and let the air get to them. Then put fresh dry socks on. Your feet sweet to get the blood circulation going and you need to re acclimate the blood veins to the temperatures in the room. Massaging your legs to get the blood flowing helps, so does exercise.

rub your feet on the carpet....try a warm bath....sit them on the heater...sit cross legged and tuck them into the backs of your knees...put some sox in the dryer, put them on, then double up with slippers....microwave a towel for about a minute, then wrap your feet in it. It works. that also helps with sore muscles.

I turn the heat on and put them on the heat vent. Then I put a pair of socks on to keep the warmth in.
