It just started happening today. My browser just hangs and 'thinks' if I type in a url without using http:// . It'll work in a snap as soon as I include it. What could've changed since last night?

There are normally two windows to search in. To make it simple, try the left one with a word and this is the URL window where the full site name will come up with http and all that stuff. Now the window on the right is you put in the search word, you will get the normal window with all the sites listed for that word.

Left will go to a specific site of URL

Right will list all the URLs for the word
