i loojing for a place in the midwest but it dosen't matter really what state it could be a treehouse for all that matters. i know i saw a treehouse on the net but can't find that website anymore but as long as it reasonable nd fit 10 and the kids can enjoy themslef along with the aldults

The State Parks in Oregon and Washington, along the coast, have "yurts" available for rent. Some are large enough to accomodate 10 people. Cost is around $35 a night ... it's like camping ... but they are awesome. Other state parks may also have these, you can check the various state park websites.
