If you have a case pending before the judge, it is highly unlikely that he will talk to you directly. It is a violation of judicial ethics to talk to a party "ex parte" (that is, without the other side present) and without counsel present. There are exceptions to this rule, but don't expect to actually TALK to the court.

If you must communicate with a judge before whom you have a case, WRITE A LETTER to the judge's chambers -- the clerk of court should be able to give you a US Mail address, and carbon copy all other parties and all the attorneys. If appropriate, the judge will write you back, or issue an order setting up a conference.

Generally a judge will not speak to any person about a case except a lawyer who is a member of the court already.

No no longer without postpone.... It feels like an expate Order became into issued?? do to the allegations that he made against you. What i'd do is call the courtroom to work out what you're able to do. enable them to renowned of your project and what had occurred and probably they'll set a quicker courtroom date for you. you ought to even prefer to jot down a letter to the decide letting him know an identical.. sine he has no longer made a dicision yet it may be effective if he heard your component of the story. sturdy success!

if you feel that you have questions that a lawyer cant answer , call the clerk of courts and ask if there is a judge you can speak with about your problem.

If you do talk to a judge directly, he would probably recuse himself from the trial as he should not deal with the matter outside the courthouse. So, it would probably be a waste of time.
