Anger is a choice made from a person's reaction with their environment. It does not have to exist. It exists only if a person lets it exist. Stability in emotional reaction is important in a marriage. Work out your emotions in the bedroom. I do not let anger control me. Letting your love flow is the best way to mitigate your anger.

I am really nice to them in front of their face and then do something really mean behind their back that only I know about. Like spit in their coffee or lick their plate before I give it to them and then watch.

do something competitive. usually when im mad i'll play a game with my friends (usually one that i know i can win at) and it usaually makes me feel better at the sight of success! also by playing a game it will take your mind off of whatever is troubling you.

By cussing and slamming doors and/or cabinets.
