This is too vague a question. You have to take into account how many other clubs are in the area. If there aren't any, a club would probably bring in a lot of money, if there are, it'll bring in less. How many people within that area are of the demographic that usually goes to nightclubs, what amenities the night club offers (because that will affect costs and pricing), how many staff are in the club, etc.

This is hard to answer! During spring break my daughter works for 6 weeks at a club on the beach near S Padre Island. That is all the place is open. she served 67,000 people in six weeks and made enough in tips over the six weeks to pay her college for this year at Yale.

you can make a lot of money at nightclubs if you are dealing rock or blow, sometimes even crank.
