If u speak the truth, and prove the truth and do not breech any contracts their charges can not stick. It must be the truth. If you aren't doing it for personal gain, I would suggest leaking it anonymously. If you need to know how to leak... just write any level of government .

I am going to decipher what you are saying, as it is pretty incoherent. If the company is doing something ILLEGAL, your obligation is not to go to the media, but the law enforcement authorities. If it is money related, you would contact the IRS. If it is a safety violation, it would be OSHA. It is has to do with sanitation around food, it would be the FDA. If has to do with wages, contact your state department of labor. Contact the appropriate governing authority. And fortunately, most of the time the report can be filed anonymously, so they won't know where it came from.

Yes, going straight to the media could land you in hot water. First, you would be compromising any potential criminal investigation, because it would give the company time to clean up their records. Second, it would probably be a violation of your terms of employment. Most companies make you agree not to reveal company practices to outside sources. Doing so is legal grounds for dismissal.

Maybe. They might fire you. Are you allowed to make press releases?
