In my kids book she has on a puffed short sleeve white top and a light/denim look blue dungaree style dress, knee length white socks and dark blue shoes.

I always imagined a pale blue dress to match her eyes
The dress had sleeves which were puffy and reached her elbow
and her dress covered her knees
she wore white socks and black shoes
also a white apron
