Only the top, and I don't like when they try to make muffins with just the top...it's just not the same.

I eat each thing! i'm continually hungry! So ?I frequently eat the entire muffin yet when the muffin is undesirable then I in effortless words eat the genuine of it =^-^= -that jogs my memory i'm hungry...sick pass eat a muffin :p

If its a blueberry muffin...the whole thing. A bananna muffin, only the top.
Of course if its an English muffin....well then it depends on whats on it.....its very very good, nice and hot, with melted butter........yummmmy!

Atlanta Bread Company has these "Mocha Muffin Tops"...they are so good. They have these chocolate chips baked right in, but not too melted. Mmmmmhhhh...
