Right now the most important ones are the ones that are going to have the biggest impact.
1.) Global Warming - It could kill all of us for gods sake!
2.) Terrorism - I think its here to stay no matter what political party does what, but we can't just lie down and give up.
3.) Disease - New ones popping up all the time, old ones with no known cure.
Gangs and violence are not a global problem with a solution. As long as you have poor people, lumped together with no options your going to have gangs and they are going to fight for power - its all they have!!!
War - we will never solve this problem no matter what! People are people and there will always be bad people rising to the top because of money and power.

Globalization and poverty
Globalization and the pillaging of 3rd world countries by the IMF, the oil industries, and the World bank.
Globalization and capitalist extremism at the detriment of small communities, small farmers in all countries, small businesses, and local economies around the world.
Globalization is causing alot of those in your list.

"Dealt with first"? That implies that there is a cut and dry way to put an end to these things. All of these problems are things that will have to be continually nursed, and the threat of them will never go away.
