He works very hard eveyday toprovide for our family and I just want to do something very nice for him to show him how much we love and appreciate all he does!

Sometimes guys,depending on each one,as simple as they are might not realize or react to you "showing" him. I would suggest you and your family take him out to dinner one night and while your family is all together take turns telling him just how thankful and respected he is. Flat out saying it and with everyone together would be ideal. If you want to get him something more tangible, think about a hobby he never has time for or forgot about over the years and encourage him to take time for whatever it is. What could be a better gift than something having to do with his interests besides work?

write him a really deep poem (but that he'd understand) about how you love him with all your heart and could not imagine any other way... and set up a romantic dinner w/ candlelight and dim lighting... noticing how you said "we"... assuming there is a kid(s), then you could arrange for them to go to a friend's house or something 2 sleep over... and then do this. hope I helped!

give him a pamper day.... Let him sit back and do nothing.....all day..... (sex works to) Let him go out and do something he loves..... My husband is a hunter so I try to send him out with his friends to target shoot or hunt...
I also give him a day that its all about him...(he loves this) back rubs...T.V..... (Sex) you no guy stuff....
Kids can help by cooking and entertaining him.... Do a little (I love daddy) play.... Draw daddy pictures....

Show him! like make dinners and tell him how he's everything. We like that. Buy him ties, clothes, shoes, ect..
