I have a bunch of plyometric drills to do, but i'm not sure when to do them and for how long (like set/reps and stuff) any help??

The drills are just stuff like ladder drills, hurdle jumps, BOSU ball drills...that sort of stuff. I got it out of a book but it just explains how to do them not the amount/time

Polymetrics training is very complicated and must be done in a certain order.......... I advise you to go to www.torrentspy.com and download p90x, it is the best exersise program out there... it has 11 vidoes each for a certain category, one of them is about polymetrics ( you can only download the polymetrics video only..or if you want you download videos about other things you are intrested in...like yoga or stretching).....it has done miracles for me.
a side note: It dosnt need any equipments...maybe just a chair
