i have an international drivers license and i woulkd like to get an usa drivers lisence but i dont really have time to go to do the test and i was wondering if anyone knows a website or something where i can sent a copy of my international drivers lisence and request another one like a kentuky drivers lisence or something like that

Are you kidding?
