It could be funny to some that haven't actually been to Iraq (the protestors) but if you've actually been there and seen the tears of joy the people weep when an American soldier stands next to them and protects thier children from gunfire, then you don't see the comedy in defaming the war effort.
Other than that, it's a bit nasty to think about.
