President John F Kennedy's brain is missing.
Now JFK had some serious medical conditions.
Doesn't it make sense that out of respect to his family that it was deliberately destroyed along with anything else JFK and his family may has requested to be hidden/destroyed upon his death?

I think only the aliens who took it can answer this question.
Seriously, I have heard about the missing brain, and the proposed reason.
My understanding is that the brain was taken, so that the trajectory patterns of the bullets could not be determined. I thought JFK's body was inturned though, but who knows. There are so many conspiracy theories, that I doubt the truth will ever be established.

JFK is buried in Arlington National Cemetery.
I would imagine his brain is missing (if it is indeed missing) as most of it ended up over Jackie when he was shot.
Serious medical conditions ? I don't think there is any great secrets here, I think its all in the public domain (see link) so what would there be for the family to conceal ?

What was left of his brain after the assassination is buried along with the rest of his body at Arlington National Cemetery. I saw the funeral on TV.

He was also a head of state, and a victim of murder, that changes things dramatically. The family doesn't have as much say so in those circumstances.
