put stopper in sink. put about an inch of hot water in the bottom, pour in about 1/4 cup bleach and scrub away. (Wear gloves to prevent skin irritation) The bleach won't hurt the plastic and will degerm and sanitize. Use a scrub brush if needed.

Try vinegar(white) let it sit for a few minutes and then try
to scrub off the muck, you might also add baking soda (be
careful when doing this as it will foam up) to help with scrubbing
it off

Try a bit of borax on a wet cloth. It will not scratch but is a wonderful cleaner for so many chores. Good luck.

Goo be gone will get any sticky stuff off of a surfice. If it is water deposits, try CLR. This will remove lime and water deposits.

dampen sink and let most of water drain off, then sprinkle with Comet and let set a few minutes then scrub and then rinse,... if it has any mold, then use Comet with Bleach....
