error619 message?

I'm having problems connecting to broadband and keep getting error619 message does any one know how to cure this. I've been onto my help line but that costs me 75p per min and it didn't help

This error can occur with any Windows version when accessing a Windows-2000 domain. See Microsoft KB Article Q227747; for Windows XP see KB Q314485

The error message has got something to do with your computer - it a program installed in your system that needs debugging
