In this case, I don't think it's a publicity stunt. She has had enough publicity lately as it is. Prior to shaving her head, there were plenty of rumors that she was having emotional problems. Then she checked into rehab for a day and checked out. Perhaps she felt that shaving her head would free her from whatever demons are haunting her. It is definitely the total opposite of the image she has been trying to project for years.
I heard last night that she's already having regrets and wearing a wig.

Because shes crazy. If you havent seen her she's wearing a wig. What was the point of shaving her head if shes gonna wear a wig? I dont get it.

Publicity......she could've just as easily done it at home. And then she cries about all the photographers outside the tattoo place she went to next. Why didn't she get a tattoo on her stupid head?

Her body guard made it sound like postpatum depression. Maybe she did it to show she doesn't care what people think. Idk she finally got her dream, and now she is breaking down.
