I suppose like any other profession, teachers are individuals and as such go about their day as they please, of course there is a curriculum and syllabus to follow. But teacher's style is how they will share their information with students. A good style would be when the teacher:
* includes all the students in learning, no one goes under the radar ;
* finds the personal way of learning for each student;
* honesty with the student;
*show that the teacher cares about the student;
*follow up the learning;
*brings enthusiasm to the classroom;
*likes what he/she teaches and show that in class;
*open minded, not authoritarian;
*give choices to students; and last but not least
*give incentives to students, not lollies, but examples stamps, awards, kind words of encouragement when progress is attained by the student.
Anyway that's is what I do. Everyone always rembember for life the best teacher that one had and why, you will find that the favourite teacher's qualities is a mixed of the above.

I know my style is very different from other teacher's style and it works for me. It's the best style that fits with my personality and the more I can let my own personality shine through in my teaching, the better teacher I am. If I tried to teach the same way that another person teaches, I probably would not be as good of a teacher.
There are certain standards that I think all teachers try to follow. Like, we all try to ask probing, deep questions to get our students thinking and we all try to keep a positive learning environment in our classrooms, but how an individual decides to implement those standards in the actual classroom is up to them.

It's important that teachers be able to teach using their own style because that does 2 things: creates variety and encourages creativity.
Variety is important, because every child learns a little differently. Some kids learn by listening, others by seeing. Some kids learn only when they're making things. Teachers who teach hands-on learning do well with the third type of child, and less well with the first two. Teachers who lecture do well with the first two, and poorly with the third. If teachers are allowed to use their own style, then there is enough variety that all kids have at least one class where they are successful.
Creativity is important because many of the people attracted to teaching like to solve problems and think of ways to make life more interesting. I for one would quit teaching if forced to teach in a boring way because that doesn't help me be creative.

A good teacher has a flexible teaching style that they are able to modify according to the students they have. Not everyone learns the same way: right brained people see the whole picture, and then break it down into its parts; left-brained people see the pieces that they put together to find the big picture. Most educational texts cater to left-brained thinking, and so education can be a problem for right brained folks. A teacher can take a look at the students and learn relatively quickly what modality a student is using to learn--visual, auditory, or kinescetic. A creative teacher can find ways of getting information to students using all these modalities.
Of course, a teacher doing this believes that it is their job to teach students--if the students don't get it, it is the teacher's fault.
Sadly, many teachers stick to one style--left-brained visual for example, and if the students don't get it, it is the student's fault.

because teaching depends on arising attention of kids some teacher like to do it their ways making faces telling revalent jokes about the subject , and none can be a copy of another one because it all depends on personality , that's why you enjoy a certain teacher and love his material and hate one another and also there's some kind of karizma concerning teachers as singers and actors and it is a gift from god none can teach it or learn it so you can't force a teacher to use a certain sinareo that doesn't match his personality and style did you get it ???
