I am giving birth in a play. What do i need to do to make it look real eg belly, sweat, pain and breasts?

Pant, pop a few blood vessels in your face, learn to talk through tightly shut clamped down teeth, be sure your hair looks hit by time you are through, have a "coach" by your side to use as a punching bag...

As far as the look: pillows! Use a larger bra and stuff it
