Should a web page title be typed in all upper case letters?

There's no hard and fast rule for that, but I would avoid doing so. I would avoid typing anything in all caps as much as is probably, unless you really need emphasis and can't put it in italics or boldface text, etc.

nope. . .but then it doesnt matter. . . . .whichb ever case you type.. .maybe for style you can. . .
