No, and I don't see how he has the right to tell the Generals how to run a war. They have years of experience and the only military experience that Bush has, is fund raising for a congressman, while in the National Guard. Which is no experience at all.

The answer is yes. He was voted in with everyone knowing all of his past. Besides, your boy-toy Slick Willie didn't serve either and he commanded our troops in the Balkans.
