Camerson (Cammie) Nicole--No, go with Cameron. Camerson sounds like a boy name.

Camerson is not cute but Cammie Nicole is
Jasmine Alison is too much, 2 first names
Jasmine Emmaleigh is too much, how about Jasmine Maleigh
Layla Rose is okay or maybe Allaya Rose
Melody and Harmony are played out
Tiffany Ryanne is okay but Tiffany Anne rings a little better
DeAnda Emmaleigh- I dont know... I think Emmaleigh is too much for a middle name- how about DeAnda Maleigh
and last but not least
Juelz Kaira- Juelz is cute and Kaira is cute but not together. Maybe Juelz Marie, I cant think of anything to go with Kaira, but it seems to sound more like a first name.

Camerson Nicole, I hate names that are to be shortened, if you want to call the child Cammie, just name her cammie
Jasmine Alison, I like Jasmine, very beautiful, sounds good with Alison
Jasmine Emmaleigh, don't like Emmaleigh, to long is it suppose to pronounce as Emily? Or Emma - Lee?
Layla Rose, I don't like Layla because I don't like Eric Clapton much. Rose is classy and beautiful
Melody Anne, Melody is to airy for me, not enough substance
Harmony Justine, Harmony is good, but I'd use the names in reverse.
Tiffany Ryanne, prefer Ryan spelling for girl or boy. Tiffany has turned into a bimbo name and I wouldn't use it now.
DeAnda Emmaleigh, don't like and remember children have to spell their names in Kindergarten. Not good flow or spelling.
Juelz Kaira, Jules is a boy name, the others I have seen here are girls, I wouldn't name a girl a boy name

Camerson (Cammie) Nicole - Nice but doesnt convince me
Jasmine Alison - Like it
Jasmine Emmaleigh - Prefere Jasmine Alison
Layla Rose - Layla Love it (of course its my own name) ;) but dont like its combination with Rose
Melody (Melodia) Anne- Prefere Melody not Melodia
Harmony Justine - 1/2
Tiffany Ryanne - Not too much
DeAnda Emmaleigh - Looks Original to me
Juelz (Jules) Kaira - Kaira seems cute i like it My favourite!!! but I dont like the combination with Jules prefere Kaira as first name

Honestly? Here goes:
Carmerson Nicole. I don't really like Camerson, but like Nicole for a middle name, and the two names do sound good together. I like Cammie on it's own rather than Camerson and if you are going to call her that, why not just have that so its Cammie Nicole. Otherwise I prefer Nicole as a first name, Camerson as middle but Cammie as nickname still.
Jasmine is a nice name, like it. Jasmine Alison goes really well, as would Jamine Emily but hate the weird spelling. Why change the spelling? It takes away the prettyness of the name.
Layla is a very nice name, I had a friend with this name and she was really sweet, and so it conjures up good memories for me! It's a really pretty name to, my favourite of your list, especially linked with Rose.
Melody is nice but don't like Melodia. Melody Anne goes well.
Harmony Justine sounds a bit of a mouthful, both names are nice but they don't flow well together to me. A shorter name would go better with either of them. Maybe Harmony Ann or Rose Justine (or Justine Rose).
Tiffany Ryanne is not my taste but is nice.
DeAnda looks like a made up name and I really don't like it. What is the pronouciation and where does it come from? It doesn't even look like a real name. The only thing I sort of think of is Andrea maybe?
Jules is nice but the spelling looks like something a 13 year old would come up with. I also think you should stick with the original spelling. Kaira is pretty but not sure how you would pronounce it.
Hope this helps a little, all in my honest opinion. In the end it's up to you but I think it's good to get different opinions!

My favorite is Camerson (I've never heard it before, it's unique)
I like Jasmine, but not with Alison for middle, it's too many "s" sounds.
Layla Rose sounds a little stripperish
Melody is pretty, goes good with Anne too
Harmony is pretty, but Justine sounds too much like Justice for me.
Tiffany is okay, but too many strippers have taken that stage name
DeAnda Emmaleigh sounds too long of a name
That spelling of Juelz sounds like a mans name
You have creative names though, your'e on the right track. I personally get bored with "normal" names.
