i cannot delete java 10 out of the add/remove files..i accidently went to search and deleted java out of there first and than went to the add/remove files and now it will not delete..i have downloaded 11 hoping that would get rid of 10 and it didn't also i have restarted the computer and that did not work.please help me get java 10 out of the add/remove programs

Have you tried to do a Restore to the date before you did this delete? Try that..
if that doesn't work, find 10 and redownload it and then install it, and then go to ADD/REMOVE and remove it..

there is a sofware called registry mechanic wihich remove these wrong entries from your registry and add or remove program so use it and get rid of it.....it is available on download.com

Try restarting(hit F5) in SAFEMODE,then try to remove it.It may be necessary to go into its install directory and manually remove it

u need to uninstall it in safe mode go start/run type msconfig then choose general box and check on diagnostic and restart ur computer then try to uninstall it
