Will "big business" be able claim back the cost when doing their tax returns.
I expect that their accountants will find a way to do it for them.
Of course this will mean that the average driver, who won"t be able to claim it back will be screwed again.
Mind you, thats just about "par" for this Government.

All business expenses are a write-off. Besides business's don't pay taxes they pass them to the consumer, it's always the working class that pays.
