I don't know about pro-lifers, but I like my eggs sunny side up.

I have always found this arguement interesting.

I personally do NOT eat eggs. That's not because of my stance on Pro-Life, just because I don't like them.

Most Pro-Lifers are against (such things as) Abortion for personal religious reasons. In the bible it mentions how the lives of human beings (whom the bible describes as 'made in the image of God') are more of value and higher in stature than animals, so to compare the egg of an animal to the child of a human would be hard (at least under this arguement).

Although it is amusing that the egg of a bald-headed Eagle is more protected than the child of a human being.

Generally I stick with chicken eggs, but this question is a bit confusing to me. Are you saying that in eating scrambled eggs with my toast in the morning, I am contributing to the killing of an unborn chicken? If that's the thought, then it shows the ignorance behind the pro-abort way of thinking. The eggs you buy in the supermarket are unfertilized and are discharged naturally from the chicken. While they have the potential for life, they are not living unless fertilized by a rooster. Much the same way human egg and sperm are not life until they join as one. And from that moment onward, they ARE living, growing, developing.

Eggs are actually not rooster abortions and chickens are actually not human beings. i know any professional-lifers that recommend ingesting human beings of any age. Animals on the different hand are decrease on the nutrition chain than we are, chickens are close to the backside.

They shouldn't because the egg of a chicken is an unborn chicken fetus. If they did, they would be "killing" a would-be chicken. I'll just let the pro-lifers ponder that question while on the way to KFC.

Yes, I do. Chicken eggs are unfertalized. Human embryos murdered by abortion doctors are fertalized. There is a world of difference.

If a human baby ever emerges from a chicken egg, I shall cease eating them.
