Well my mom wont let me get purple hair in real life so does anyone know a program i can use to change my hair color in a photo thats totally free? if you do help please thats uch love

You could accomplish this with Paint.Net, which available as a free download.

Can try GIMP, it is a free version of Photoshop. It is very powerful, but may take a little getting used to if you have never used photoshop before.

Use an online editor, like this one: http://www.imageeditor.net/

It has a variety of effects you can use on your photo. (there does seem to be a bug in respect to file size, so you can also try this site: http://www.creatingonline.com/Online_Image_Editor/index.php.) If those don't work for you, just google "online image editor."

try photoshop. . .but then one has to be a expert to create stuff like thats original. . .
