The best thing I can see...........I've just fried the two juiciest and succulent pancakes that you have ever seen. They have been sprinkled with fresh lemon juice and lightly dusted with brown sugar. One of them is rolled around some sultanas with a hint of Mexican honey on the edges. Oh Boy, it's worth waiting once a year for this moment!!
Perhaps I might break with tradition and have more next week. OK, that's the waistline plan 'out the window'!!

From where i'm sitting i can see about 80 miles of beautiful valley of new mexico looking toward the east. Where i live i'm about a 1/4 of the way up a mountain side and snowed again last night and that makes it so pertiful out here.
