Canal Plus?

Does any one know how to receive Canal + in the US?

I don't think it's available yet although there were attempts (some PBS stations aired a few hours on Canal + as a trial in certain metropolitian areas.).

Here's an older article saying how they were trying to crack the US market. I have never seen Canal + in the US (living in Boston and NYC, likely markets if it were available)...but could be wrong.
