u get ur trainer card upgraded and get a Hoenn diploma from some guy in the hotel in Lilycove city.

me and my friend had gotten them all and the only true thing that it dose for you is that it gives you a star in your statis in what oyu have done you know like bages and stuff and weather your male or female thats where the stars are
