When doing a pap smear, can your doctor see your uterus? Can they tell if you are pregnant by just "looking" while doing a pap smear?

The reason I ask is because I have a pregnancy phobia. (I had sex in the beginning of October and have such guilt about it.) I haven't had any symptoms of pregnancy and my periods have been on time. Lately I have had abdominal pain and it sparks the phobia in my mind. I had a pap smear this past week and I was wondering, if by chance I happened to be pregnant, they would see it, right?

No, they just exam you and take a swab of your cervix.

They usually do a pregnancy test before a pap smear and let you know. At least with my experience they do.
