It could represent a "rebirth" in your life...or an awakening, a realization, a fresh start. Or you could have watched a movie or read a book recently that was about having babies, etc...it all depends on what's been going on in your life. WE are the best interpreters of our OWN dreams.

I had that dream too, I gave birth in front of the TV and cut the umbilical cord! I have no idea what the TV meant.
