Well the most popular friend meeting service is myspace , ad not only with myspace u can meet friends u can set your profile to private so that someone with have to know ur last name or email to be your friend and also be honest and ont give out wron info to people u really dont know
also there is chatting services like AOL or RoadRunner
but with this service u dont as much protection as u do from myspace .. so be careful with wht u do and say and good luck
and i wouldn't mind being ur friend

methinks it will take some time to know your inter-net friend more and more. Not give out all your info. to her/him at beginning. The more important is you should think a lot and think deeply when something relative your money. If you found someone is exactly you want then you should do your best to help him/her, when you need his/her help, he or she can do his/her best to help you,too. Though a long time maybe several years or tens years we can get a real good friend. So to get a real good friend more close than brothers we need first time, second do our best to help him or her.

Take your time to get to know the other person. Be honest and truthful and just be kind and entertaining share interests, CHAT and show support..whatever it takes... just like having a friend face to face!!
People go on the internet for company. Be good company!
Dont lie, tell them things about yourself that are untrue or 'cheat' if it becomes intimate....... if you are found out you will lose the potential friend!

i guess talking and stuff just be very careful who you choose. sometimes it could be stalker or whatever and you sure dont' want that i have found couple friends that so far are nice. keep it low and quiet and just be talky and stuff i generally use the same sex as I that way there isn't sure to have nothing be stupid.

if youre looking for friends try myspace but dont get to addicted to it and as you know dont meet them in person keep in mind myspace is a verry dangerous sight but if you dont give to much info you should be fine gl (good luck)
