He would if he could, but he can't. He doesn't have the troops to invade Iran and he isn't going to get away with doing it without going through Congress first. After their last experience with Bush and Cheney's "evidence" for war, I suspect it will take a great deal more to get approval for this one from Congress. This President doesn't know the meaning of the word diplomacy or the meaning of the words undeniable proof.

All this blabing about 'impeach Bush; non-sence. If Iran becomes more of a threat than it has been now for the last 30years then yes America will probably go to war.It is the responsibility of the president of the United States of America to 'protect it's citizens and property to the best of his ability. He is not responsible to listen to un-elected news media, talk show host, comedians, or movie stars. Iran has been pushinf the envolope for years, just little here and alittle there. Bush will nail them first chance given.

Feb 21, was the deadline for compliance with NATO. the fleet is already in place. expect to hear some political blame gaming against Iran coming from bush. and sit back and watch what america does best. make enemies. Americans should support a revolution to topple this despotic regime called the bush administration. that's the only American thing left to do.

Is iran a threat to america? Was iraq a threat to america? Bush will do what he's told, americans should support whats best for america and attacking iran would drive america down the toilet.

there is extremely some discontent between the greater youthful Iranians, and the final element would be for them to get bored stiff with the mullahs and overthrow them. Attacking Iran will substitute all that via uniting them with the mullahs. even though, there won't be sufficient time to watch for an outstanding counter-revolution...

He can't do that without approval from Congress. Besides, the White House has said a thousand times, this is not their intentions.

I believe GWB wants to take us to war with Iran. Hopefully Congressional oversight will see through his lies and corruption and not allow it unless all other avenues of exhausting diplomacy have failed.

THERE ARE THOSE FORCES IN IRAN WHO WANT TO DESTORY AMERICA. THEY ARE MADE BECAUSE OF THE SHAH THAT THEY SAY AMERICA PUT INTO POWER. THAT IS WHY THERE WAS THE REVOLUTION IN THE LATE 70"S STARTED BY THE IRANIAN STUDENTS. BUT NOW THEIR CHILDREN WANT FREEDOM FROM ALL OF THE STRICT LAWS THAT THE RULING FACTION HAS PUT ON THEM. I BELIEVE THAT AMERICA IS TRYING TO HELP THE IRANIAN PEOPLE GET THEIR FREEDOM. BUT WE ARE GOING TO DO IT THROUGH THEIR OWN PEOPLE NOT BY WAR. I DO NOT THINK THAT WE WILL GO TO WAR WITH IRAN. I BELIEVE THAT THE POWERS TO BE WILL REMOVE THE IRANIAN PRESIDENT IF HE GOES TO FAR WITH THE THREATS AGAINST THE US AND ISRAEL.

Not anymore. If he had just won the election he would but he knows now that if he does there will be an impeachment process immediately.
