Why not stay at school ?
I got 4 A-Levels and I enjoyed working at a school, rather than college.

Many medical school offer a science based foundation year for students who don't hold the required science A levels, so as long as you achieve the required grades usually AAB the subjects you have studied will not hold you back.

I don't think any medical faculty will take you without certain required A levels, and they won't let you do them later, or when you're there.
