Could I somehow take them at college? I want to become a doctor, but I don't have the right A-levels.

You can take as many A levels as you want but you might have to finance yourself through college if you've already got a set of A levels. To become a doctor the usual A levels are Biology, Chemistry and Physics but some med schools might accept Biology plus one other science plus another non-science A level such as Geography or a language.

Check what the requirements are at different schools, most are points based with a minimum grade in certain subjects. Points can be achieved by any UCAS sanctioned course in any college. The minimum grades you need to study for but colleges can provide you with the opportunity to get them.

You can study whatever is available at college, whenever it suits you. I raised a family, and went to college at the age of 38 to get the qualifications for the job I wanted to do.
Make sure that you get and take the right advice when choosing the subjects to take, so you are not at college instead of getting to study for your career.
Good luck.
